DevJobsNetwork - AI-Powered Tech Hiring Platform
I built DevJobs Network, a full-stack recruitment platform connecting developers, companies, and platform administrators. It provides searchable job listings, detailed talent profiles, CV and ATS tools, custom application forms, candidate pipelines, team roles and permissions, real-time notifications, analytics, and an AI assistant. The result is one responsive platform that supports the complete hiring journey from job discovery and application to candidate evaluation and hiring.

The problem
Hiring platforms often separate job discovery, talent profiles, applications, and recruitment workflows across disconnected tools. Candidates struggle to present their experience and track applications, while companies lack a centralized, permission-controlled workspace for managing jobs, candidates, pipelines, offers, and team collaboration.
From Job Posting to Hiring Pipeline
Companies can publish structured job listings, create custom application forms, review candidates, organize hiring pipelines, manage offers, and collaborate through permission-controlled workspaces.
Flexible Roles Without Compromising Security
The platform supports multiple company members, custom roles, scoped permissions, tenant isolation, audit logs, and protected candidate information. This allows hiring teams to collaborate without exposing data or actions beyond each member’s authority.
AI That Supports, Not Replaces, Decisions
I integrated AI-assisted CV analysis, profile improvement, job drafting, candidate search, and platform insights. AI outputs remain reviewable, permission-scoped, and credit-controlled rather than silently changing user data.
Built as a Production-Ready System
The frontend uses Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Zustand, and accessible responsive components. The backend uses Express, PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM, Zod validation, Redis, S3, real-time Socket.IO events, and a modular service architecture.
