I helped build CreBrains, an AI-powered commercial real estate analysis platform that converts complex property documents into structured, actionable financial data. The platform supports automated document extraction, financial deviation analysis, AI underwriting, source-page citations, field-level audit history, background processing, notifications, and role-based access giving teams a faster, more transparent, and traceable workflow from document upload to investment decision.
The problem
Commercial real estate teams rely on offering memorandums, rent rolls, profit-and-loss statements, and general ledgers to evaluate properties. Extracting and reconciling this data manually is slow, error-prone, and difficult to audit. Teams also lack a clear way to identify whether a value came from an original document, AI extraction, a user edit, or a calculated result.

Commercial real estate teams manually review offering memorandums, rent rolls, P&Ls, and general ledgers before they can evaluate a deal. CreBrains turns these documents into structured property and financial data, giving analysts a consistent starting point for underwriting.

AI extraction is only useful when users can verify it. CreBrains links extracted values to their source document, page, and quote, while recording user corrections as an audit history with the previous value, new value, editor, and timestamp.
